Guest Orientation

For first time guests, we require a Guest Orientation session before the scheduled date of arrival.

At this time, we will familiarize ourselves with you and your pet to assure that all of your expectations are understood.

Please set an appointment for this session well in advance of your scheduled boarding date. Plan to bring your vaccination records and a list of special requests at this time.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept pets lacking required vaccinations and/or pets displaying signs of illness, parasites, or aggressive behavior.
