Feeding

We feed a premium diet that has been approved by our Owner/Veterinary Advisor, Dr. Mili Bass.

If your pet is on a special diet or a Prescription diet, you will need to supply your own food. When bringing your pet's food, we require that it be stored in a rigid container with a tight-fitting lid, clearly marked with your pet's first and last name.

We will be happy to prepare fresh meals, but you must provide the ingredients necessary and we will charge a small preparation fee.

Personal Items

We encourage you to bring items that you feel will make your pet more comfortable. A good suggestion is to bring only ONE favorite toy or chew and a blanket that smells like home. We will be providing bed and bowls. Please label personal items and do not bring anything that cannot be washed in hot water. Although every effort will be made to assure that all belongings are returned, we cannot take responsibility for lost, damaged, or destroyed items. And for the safety of your pet, ABSOLUTELY NO RAWHIDE PRODUCTS.

In Case Of Illness

In the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill while boarding with us, we will seek prompt medical care for your pet. We will call YOUR veterinarian for advice and assistance.

In an extreme emergency, if your veterinarian is not available or is not within a reasonable proximity to the Lodge, we will seek the assistance of the doctors of Village Veterinary Clinic & Laser Center and/or the After Hours Pet Emergency Clinic. We will notify you as quickly as possible.
